Is this still happening at your school gate?
Most schools in Ghana still rely on these, and they put children at risk every single day.
Paper notebooks where anyone can cross out a name
Phone calls to verify parents that go unanswered
No record of who took which child or when
VerifyGate solves all three, with no hardware, no app, and no training needed.
How VerifyGate helps your school
One flat monthly fee. Everything below is included for every parent, guard, and admin.
QR Pickup Passes
Parents generate a secure, single-use QR code for whoever is collecting their child that day, in under 30 seconds.
Guard Verification
Guards scan the code on any phone or tablet. The child's photo, class, and the collector's name appear instantly.
Instant SMS Alerts
The moment a pickup is confirmed, the parent gets a text: who collected their child, and at what time.
Full Audit Trail
Every pickup is logged with the child, collector, time, and confirming guard, searchable and exportable.
Bulk Student Import
Upload your entire student list by CSV and have the whole school set up in minutes, not days.
Role-Based Access
Admins, guards, and parents each see only what they need at the gate, nothing more.
How it works
Three steps. The whole school is covered.
Parent generates a QR code
Before school closes, the parent opens VerifyGate, selects their child, picks the authorised person, and generates a secure QR code, in under 30 seconds.
Works on any phone browser. No app download.
Guard scans at the gate
The security guard opens VerifyGate on any phone or tablet and scans the QR code. The child's photo, name, class, and the collector's details appear instantly.
Guard sees: child photo · authorised person · expiry time.
Parent gets an SMS instantly
The moment the guard confirms the pickup, the parent receives an SMS: who took their child, from which school, and at what time. No surprises.
Even parents without smartphones get notified.
